REGISTRATION

To maximize the enjoyment and safety of everyone,
the Raging Bull Texas Stampede will be limited to 25 cars.

Due to the litigious nature of today's society and the potentially life-threatening nature of driving on public roads, and the Tourmaster's desire to have a safe driving event, all participants must read and sign a couple of waivers and agree to follow some rules and guidelines to attend this event. Failure to do so will prevent your registration from being approved and you will not be allowed to drive with the group.

Please rest assured that all information collected during the registration process will be kept confidential (our Privacy Policy). Personal information will only be used to communicate with the applicant to complete their registration, make event announcements, and in the event of an emergency. Please follow these steps to register for the Raging Bull Texas Stampede:

STEP #1

All driver(s) and passenger(s) should read the requirements they are expected to a follow on the Warning page. This is for your safety and the safety of those driving near you.

STEP #2

All driver(s) and passenger(s) should read the rules and requirements they are expected to follow on the Participant Guide page.

Several updates and additions to the rules involving safety
have been added since the last Stampede. So, please read it.
They are for your safety.

These rules have been established based on the nature of the event and experience at previous Stampedes. If you can't do it now, make sure to read them thoroughly before the start of the event.

STEP #3

Click here and submit the information requested. This information will help the Tourmaster in planning for the event and alert him to expect further information from you in the mail. Your registration will be incomplete unless you send this information.

Please note that your registration is not confirmed until all forms and registration fee (see below) have been received by the Tourmaster.

STEP #4

If you will be staying with us at the hotel Saturday night, make your room reservation at the Best Western Granbury Inn & Suites where we have secured a preferred group rate. See the Accommodations page for details.

STEP #5

Go to the Forms page to print the following three forms: Technical Inspection form, RBTS Liability Waiver Form, and MSR Liability Waiver Form. The Medical Information Form is voluntary but highly recommended.

STEP #6

Thoroughly read the two Liability Waiver Forms and complete them as indicated on the Forms page.

STEP #7

Make a photocopy of the drivers license of driver(s) and passenger(s) who will be attending the event. Also make a photocopy of the proof of liability insurance for driver(s) who will be attending the event. These documents are to ensure that only licensed drivers and properly insured vehicles participate in the event, thus keeping away those with revoked licenses and uninsured vehicles.

STEP #8

Mail the signed two Liability Waiver Forms, copies of drivers licenses and proof of liability insurance, AND the registration fee (see below) to the following address:

These forms are being requested in advance to minimize the time spent on administrative tasks the morning we meet for the event. Our desire is to start driving as quickly as possible. With 25 cars and 40+ participants, collecting and reviewing all these forms at one time would keep everyone waiting around for a long time.

STEP #9

Technical Inspection: At your convenience, but some time before January 27, 2007, take the car you plan to drive at the Raging Bull Texas Stampede to the garage of your choice and have the Technical Inspection Form completed by a certified mechanic. The primary purposes of this form are to:

1- ensure your vehicle is minimally prepared to endure and survive the Stampede and
2- ensure your vehicle is not a threat to your safety and the safety of others driving near you.

Please make sure that all fields are initialed and the writing is legible.

STEP #10

Give the properly completed Technical Inspection Form to the Tourmaster on the day of the event. If you get this inspection done in advance, you are welcome to mail the form along with the other forms and payment.

THEN

Get ready to have a great time!



REGISTRATION FEE1

Solo driver____________ $30 2 or $40 3
Driver & Passenger_____ $45 2 or $60 3

The fees above are applicable only to adults 25 and older (there is no fee for children 15 or younger).

Registration fees do not include hotel, meals, gas or any of your other personal expenses. There is no additional fee for the classroom instruction and short track time at Motorsport Ranch in Cresson. Payment may be made by personal check, money order, or cashiers check. Make the check payable to Raging Bull Texas Stampede.

If you are sending a personal check it must be postmarked by January 12th so that it will clear by January 26th. After January 12th, payment may only be made the day of the event in cash. Please ensure that your payment is postmarked by January 12th so that we don't have to spend extra time on the date of the event.

Refunds
If the event is cancelled due to extreme weather or other reason, all checks received will be returned. The event will not be cancelled unless the weather conditions are extreme and create an unsafe driving environment. Cancellation of the event is at the sole discretion of the Tourmaster.

Those who cancel on or before January 12th will receive a full refund of their registration fee. There will be no refund for a cancellation received after January 12th unless there is someone on a waiting list to take his place. There will be no refund for no-shows.

In the event an individual's application has been denied, their uncashed check will be returned. In the event an individual's application has been revoked/cancelled after it was accepted, but before the Stampede has actually started, their application fee which has been paid in full will be refunded. Drivers asked to leave during the Stampede will not receive a refund of their application fee.
