Please download file and print. All drivers and passengers who will be attending should date, sign their signature, and print their name on the form. Put all on same form or print additional page if necessary.
MSR Liability Waiver Form
Please download file and print as many copies as drivers and passengers. Each driver and passenger should fill out a separate waiver form. Sign your signature, date, print name, write last four digits of your Social Security Number, and fill in date of birth. IGNORE THE REST OF THE FIELDS. Sorry about needing all this information but it was required by Motorsport Ranch.
Technical Inspection Form
Each vehicle owner is required to have their vehicle inspected at a shop of their choice and have a basic technical inspection form completed by a qualified technician.
Print the form and take it to any shop which has qualified technicians*. As a suggestion, the shops listed below have agreed to do this inspection. By appointment only. Contact shop directly to set up an appointment and agree on a fee, if necessary. Most shops will complete this kind of inspection for no charge. Bring the completed form to check-in on the day of the event.
(*) Owners of brand new cars with less than 1,000 miles on the odometer can inspect their own cars. However, it is highly recommend that these cars be inspected by a qualified technician as even new cars can have or develop problems.
