At both of the Club Sponsors, Single membership is $35/year and Associate membership is $25/year.
There are three significant benefits to being a member of one of the Club Sponsors:
1- You will save $38 (if you stay both nights) or $17 (if you stay one night) in hotel expenses (at the Y.O. Ranch Resort). Your membership would more than pay for itself if you decide to stay both nights.
2- If you plan to attend the 2006 ZCCA Convention to be held in Dallas/Fort Worth on May 29 - June 2, 2006, as a member (either level), you can save a lot of money in convention costs. Your membership could easily pay for itself here too.

Please note that your membership in any Z club will qualify you for the ZCCA member rates for the convention. However, only membership of one of the Z clubs which are Club Sponsors will also allow you to get the lowest room rate at the Y.O. Ranch Resort (explained in #1).
3- Either level of Z club membership will get you discounts at several dealerships and performance shops (see individual club web sites for details). With these discounts, a membership can pay for itself in a single visit or parts purchase.A Single membership at Austin's Capital Z of Texas club even provides for a one year subscription to Sport Z magazine (an $18.95 value) and a club t-shirt. Now, that's a good deal.
Keep in mind that you can let your membership expire after using it for one year (after taking advantage of the savings at the Stampede and Z convention.)
Given all of the benefits of membership, you should definitely consider becoming a member of one of the Club Sponsors, at least temporarily.
